How long are your contracts?
DineHere plans are paid monthly or annually. We make it simple to start - and stop - your service at any time.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. The majority of DineHere customers opt for annually billing. The monthly v annual pricing can be found in the pricing table above.
Will I always have the latest version of DineHere?
Yes, all of our updates are free to our members and there are no hidden costs.
In which countries is DineHere supported?
At the moment, DineHere Starter and Pro only support GBP. If you're outside the UK, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can change your subscription including upgrading, downgrading and cancelling in our secure online billing portal. This is also the place where you can update your financial details.
Our billing portal is hosted by Stripe, a leader in online payments. We do not store your payment details.
